I sometimes get sidetracked with work but never lose sight of moving forward and my revised approach (hard money mixed w/property management) will help me scale more efficiently without getting caught in managing the properties.

I have been sidetracked for a while but have been more motivated recently to try to make sense of real estate in some form.

I got sidetracked and got really into residential sales for a couple years.

I began my real estate journey last summer, but was side-tracked when I broke my ankle and almost got hooked on the gurus as I tried to learn from my bed. 

I did not allow myself to get side tracked by a shiny object and instead say no to other strategies so I could focus.

Hello everyone, sorry to sidetrack the thread but I've always wondered about this.

Forgive the side-track, but I am taking the opinion that you are deciding what level of pain you should feel before paying someone else to take care of the management side for you in exchange for some of your cashflow.  

And the information that you gave me is exactly what I was looking for when I stumbled upon this website but then got side tracked with anger after reading the terrible comments about tenants of cheep property's.So if I understand you correctly, if I simply just pay the back taxes plus the interest for the current property owner this entire issue goes away right?
