Hi,

I'm a single mother, a teacher, and a lover of challenges. As mentioned, I'm new to real estate investing. I began my real estate journey last summer, but was side-tracked when I broke my ankle and almost got hooked on the gurus as I tried to learn from my bed. However, after attending a "class", I figured if I could come up with the price they were asking for, I could have multiple properties in my name. I came across Bigger Pockets while researching and seeking a mentor. I have only heard positive things as I continue my learning process.

My goals are to begin wholesaling and to househack one property. Of course the goals have more details, but there has to be something left to converse about as we network. I look foreward to interacting and learning from this community!
