I'm kind of a stats guy and like to see what the "average" guy is getting from the product (pun intended).

So yes to work a real estate transaction for 1,250.00 you have to have a machine like Jim does other wise ( no pun intended ) cant see how anyone would want to do that business and I now know why so many wholesale and why so many beginner buyers look to the big turnkey marketers for inventory or a company like Roofstock..

I feel like this could be a trap house (no pun intended).

Replacing/ cleaning all fabrics (furniture, curtains, etc)Can be a serious pain in the butt (pun intended) and can get expensive quick.

In most other countries rehabbing/remodeling is a foreign concept (no pun indented) ;) so you can get great flip deals in the very best neighborhoods.  5.  

Postcript: Personally, I couldn't be more elated with the above news as this opens-the-door (no pun intended) for the little guy to buy (both residential and commercial).

No pun intended. 

If crime increases because of cuts, that will be a killer (no pun intended) to property values.
