I explored a few popular ones in the US but they all are either super expensive or don't have a lot of value and I certainly don't want to spare a lot of money on them.

Let me just lead with EXCELLENT customer service.

Several factors indicate the company is not that concerned about efficiency or ease of customer process: the website, a process that seemed to focus on one issue at a time instead of all issues at once, and consistently poor communications and lack of common sense from the loan analyst we were assigned.It started off very well with the initial point of contact, Austin Lornson, who did a fine job of explaining the general refinancing process, responding quickly and thoroughly to our questions.

Those were very good areas a couple of years ago when people were less aware of Ocala but it's gained in popularity so it's become tougher to make the numbers work, but there are still deals to be had, especially for rentals.

I am a satisfied customer.

Based on my experience with custom home builds, and the photo they attached with my update, the house *should* be dried in within a few weeks.

With a 4-unit building, that’s a very high customer concentration.

You want both customers.  

Conversely, On homes I have wanted to expand,  I have removed closets from bedrooms in order to label these as studies or offices, so that I could build additions that are labelled "bedrooms" (customized to my needs),  in order to avoid the requirements of expanding a 2 car garage to a 3 car garage (a local requirement when building beyond 4 bedrooms).
