It just says "landlord" and shows a nasty picture..A while ago I got a call from a guy in Texas who was desperate, 3 of his 4 Milwaukee properties have been vacant, PM can't find a tenant for months, pictures look fine, makes no sense.

Now IF you have all those bases covered, my tips are: Take GREAT pictures and for the love of all that is holly please no close ups, wide angel pics.

I always need to remind myself about that, because I also (like many millenials) have a problem remembering what my bigger picture goals are, so I tend to want to sprint so that I don't forget and hence lose myself in the flywheel that is day-to-day living.

And from what I understand, management was not happy with some of the employees dragging their feet on things like pictures, listings, etc haha. 

I've seen it briefly here & there but never done any research besides picture scrolling.How do you find it?
