I'm a physician assistant in the urgent care where I have 3 days off per week, wish it was 4.

It would make a great office for lets say a lawyer, private physician, CPA etc.

I am actually a physician, but I have an avid interest in investing in real estate.

So this is not a subsidized homebuyer program, it is a type of loan that is available in some states for physicians or physicians in training.

The good news is my wife will be a physician, so after the initial four year residency we will be in a great position to save up cash.
