Several times now, fraudsters have taken our property listed for sale including all the staged photos and posted as a rental. 

The photos must show a bright, attractive, friendly property.

They replaced the locks, shoveled the driveway, took photos, and are listing it today.

Also confirm that county maintenance liens are added to the tax debt.Fourth, you can contact your county ordinance department, usually those who handle house condemnations and mowing liens, and provide them with the property tax number, photos of the violation with a complaint from the named neighbor about the risk. 

Having the GC or someone else upload photos/video after each stage would be ideal.

They're spending tax-payer money, so they'll cut a check without batting an eye.Document condition before and after with photos, inspect regularly, and you should be fine.

Listing photos were terrible, tenant vetting was lackadaisical, checks were sent to wrong addresses, tennants weren't properly vetted, charges for "mulch" and landscaping were charged but never physically carried out.

We have done this for over a year now and this strategy has gone really well.We are very experienced in the STR space and understand that getting bookings is multi-faceted (ie. listing photos, reviews, amenities, PRICING, description, seasonality, etc).
