It may make people feel better but does it actually do anything?

I think a lot of people like those on the Forum are entrepenurial thinkers and can design ok on their own, but of course there are some people who cannot design a doghouse and will need you for the whole project, lots of those folks out there..... :-)

@Andrew Wade first narrow down if you want to be an active or passive investor.

Seems to me cohesive set of laws and rules regarding this activity would benefit  both the public and those that want to engage in the activity.  

Anyone know of people that got audited for being a RE prof and what happened?

Many of the OTAs and lead gen sites, like Furnished Finder, are pushing credit card payments. 99.9% of the time I get a message from FF saying 'your tenant would prefer to pay by credit card so activate Stripe now!' 

We have more people than I can count doing behind the scenes work to make it all run, hundreds upon hundreds of people and vendors.

All the information is there if you actively pursue it.I think that many of these coaching programs are designed for those who want someone to walk them through the process.
