Experienced agents and attorneys feel free to chime in here if I'm wrong, but I would think an agent partaking in wholesaling would be an easy target for a lawsuit. 

He has done a lot of flips in the Tucson area and found a home he didn’t want to partake in flipping, so he called me and I was able to make a great deal out of it and pass it to another investor I know.

@Bekkah VidalAppreciate this, im easing myself into partaking in real estate and this helps me out by knowing key terms i frequently keep seeing.

I would say your strategy of a 10% ROI with no debt is a fine strategy, just not necessarily one I partake it.

@Michael P. you misread, I've done 3 semi-gut rehabs of houses, not been in actual rehab, I don't partake in drug use.

Each month will be at a different location and a different part of town in order to allow more people to partake. 

Although I love being a notary and the connections that I've made (which I'm always looking to make more), I am excited to partake in my lifelong dream of investing. 

Although I don't partake or grow myself..... my small town that I live in ....
