From the Bay Area To the Central Valley Wholesaling

Posted

Good Morning everyone.

My name is Vernisha and I am new to Investing. I am originally from the Bay Area (California) and over the summer moved to the Central Valley. I am a full time Notary Signing Agent for real estate transactions and this was how I got introduced into investing and wholesaling. Although I love being a notary and the connections that I've made (which I'm always looking to make more), I am excited to partake in my lifelong dream of investing.

Over the past few months I have gotten contracts signed however I've noticed my biggest struggle is finding real cash buyers. Especially as I go into virtual markets, finding quality buyers is a struggle. So any tips on that would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Aside from this, my main career goals is to continue with my notary business, grow a multiple six figure wholesaling business, start fixing and flipping with lenders and self funded, and grow a real estate portfolio to pass down to my children.

BONUS QUESTIONS: I just signed up for bigger pockets today, have you all seen a great benefit to paying for membership?

Thank you for your time. I look forward to networking with you all soon.

Vernisha
