I’m sure there are differing nuances, but I’d like to clear up some facts regarding the transaction that I have observed.

However, there seems to have been a very large drop starting at the end of last year, that I have personally and anecdotally observed but I'm not alone.

With that said, your ‘screening’ comes in the form of observing how they perform (and have performed) paying their rent and taking care of the property.  

However, based on my extensive experience and observation in the field, I believe there are strong reasons to maintain confidence in the stability of this market.

The rest think it's too risky.When it comes to hiring real estate agents I've observed all kinds of irrational behavior.On the agent side...well, the average real estate agent is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

I’m currently observing an interesting trend in the Central Florida market where a noticeable number of short-term rentals are being converted into long-term rentals.

Especially when it comes to observing how real estate cycles come and go.I discovered this post searching "Germany" and thought I'd reach out.
