The more successful you are the more you've failed in life and allowing others to learn from our own mistakes is often more helpful than the success stories. 

In my opinion that life wouldn't be worth the sacrifice.

We have 8 business entities availing of their services, and as "advisors", they should make business life easier -- not add more work on your plate --- but instead, my team and I have been checking for mistakes, or following up on action items, missed deadlines, and paying penalties to the IRS and Secretaries of State due to their negligence.

It goes back to what I said in the past posts those “buddies” have brought me some of the best deals in my life so of course I would help them out!

If you want good cash flow but amazing appreciation potential and rentals you want to hold for the rest of your life, I would definitely consider Columbus!

Mechanicals, roofs etc. can be towards the end of their useful life and pass inspection but then the cap ex can't be absorbed in many of these C/D neighborhoods.

My residential is long term so I can't speak to MTR, but I can say it's the slowest market I've ever seen in my life right now.
