Also file a complaint with the CFPB Submit a complaint | Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (consumerfinance.gov)Regarding do you have any legal action - you can prove you do not owe it but you will not get any compensation - courts have ruled long ago the only recourse you have is actual money you lost - there is no "pain and suffering" if a statement is incorrect and you have to fight with them on it.

If they want to micro-manage their investments and be involved in every decision or know every detail, I'm not the right guy for them.If your owners demand to know all the details, it demonstrates a lack of trust which means they are micro-managers or you haven't proven yourself yet.This is completely incorrect, as is the referenced blog post.

I\For me it is very easy Bobby, I would just wait for NI-0DE ( I may spelled it incorrectly) report and wait for two quarters report where the appreciation is not negative, two quarters are good.

But it is not 90/10 - the notion is correct, but it's mathematically incorrect, because there are literally over a couple thousand agents in Milwaukee that do less than 5 transactions a year.
