Thanks I just hired a new CPA that is also a RE Broker _I'm hoping she can help me out with this but I don't meet with her for a couple weeks so I am trying to thinkg through some things! 

Currently scheduled to close on my first triplex next month and excited to connect with other RE professionals in the area to help me along. 

Year over year we've seen impressive appreciation rates and often times investors are able to re-sell at a profit a year later with minimal to no work.

We have a RE attorney & mortgage broker to make sure our operation is legal & compliant.
