The oil tank had 200 gallons in it , I had to help him pump it out , he will use it in his equipment  ( heating oil is diesel fuel ) .I will use the conditioner right away on 1 rental with hard water . the rest of the stuff will be replacements for other rentals I have .

Just filled our truck tank for $1.79 a gallon. 

Just like people would not stop driving car because gasoline has gone up from $1 to $3.20 per gallon.

But whereas it has fallen into disrepair and has some water and termite damage and needs hundreds of gallons of paint and hundreds of yards of carpet, it has potential.

Also, try not to use old gas - until you know better how much you will use, buy something like a 1 or 2 gallon gas jug.
