Hi all,I currently use RentRedi and am trying to deal with the following situation:- I have a bunch of prequalifications and applications in my queue- I've accepted one tenant and filled the unitMy question is, "How should I mark the others down in the software that would have passed my screening standards?"

As long as you follow the guidelines properly, it's not an issue. 

I assumed he would fix it, so I didn't follow up until I received a violation notice from the city for the furnace.

Now we just gotta follow their advice!

@Roy Kinzer Rent control in NJ can be a tough pill to swallow and unfortunately has caused many of my deals to fall apart quickly once buyers/future landlords realize how strict the controls can be.
