Demand is high June through August and continues to grow with relative moderate demand in the fall and various other weeks during festivals.

REIA groups are truly a "mixed bag" so be careful there,  as more often than not they can become "pitch festivals" where everyone speaking is selling a product.

Community Festival was just this past weekend, darn it.

Ideally, I'd like to see rentals from the annual music festivals as well as general tourism in the So-Cal area (goal: 10% or greater ROI).

I really haven't thought about vacation rentals however we do have big festivals people flock to.

Some landlords see a door with an innocent, festive decoration across the front.I see a purposely placed Christmas sign by a tenant who knew full well that someone would be showing up with an eviction notice.
