To me these accountability groups mean that I'll have someone to report back to about wins and fails to help with prospective and motivation. 

we do have to remember and I know its 10 years ago and many on this site are post GFC investor and know no better.. but were do you think all these deals came from... back in 2010 to 2014  it was not from well performing assets it was from stressed and failed owners. 

Theyre expensive, but you wont lose your home to foreclosure unless you move out, stop paying taxes/insurance, or fail to maintain it. 

If you do all of that and more its a great set up and I can appreciate that but as a banker for over 19 years I have heard a lot of war stories of lead companies or lender finder websites failing customers.

Depending on how bad it gets the fed will step in and fire up the money printer, of course that would be after a big bank fail and/or massive layoffs.

I wanted to use the camera footage as evidence in a civil case against the tenant.I was initially told that it would take 2 weeks to get the footage to me, then that blew out to several months, and now finally 6 months later they finally get back to me and tell me the footage doesn't exist, even though the initial report said cameras were activated.That footage would have shown that the tenant was making threats to damage my property (which she made good on).Do I have any recourse on the police for failing to provide the footage on a timely basis?

As a business owner myself, I just couldn't imagine failing a client so miserably and then trying to charge them extra and being ok with that, and THEN, telling them that sharing financial data is standard procedure.

Failing to plan, is planning to fail. 

I want to know that the cosigner can afford the rent on their own if the tenant fails.
