THAT is a "pig", though not necessarily a P.I.G. if you can get it for the right price to allow all the needed udpates and remodeling (open the layout, enlarge the bathrooms, add a walk-in closet in the master suite, ...).

I've done numerous vertical enlargements of 4 story buildings as well as horizontal extensions but no full on ground up projects.

I would like to create a master suite, turning the existing closest which backs into the existing bathroom, into a small master bathroom and extend the house out to enlarge the room and add a closet.

The renovation (reworking of a master suite by enlarging the master bedroom and installing a luxury bathroom) should be finished in a month and I'm projecting it will increase the value of the home by about $50k.
