Lipstick on a pig phrase
Hey. I have heard the term lipstick on a pig a lot since I have got into real estate. What actually constitutes lipstick on a pig over a real rehab? Is putting lipstick on a pig something like just replacing carpet and painting in a house that needs electrical ,plumbing ,or foundational work?

A PIG has a value today that it did 20 years ago and the same value 20 years from now, no matter what rehab is done.
