Construction Manager from New York

Hey All,

I've been listening to BP Podcast for about a year now and I'm glad to finally sign up for the website. 

My name is Jonathan Casilli and I've been working in real estate for 7 years. I worked for 5 years as a project manager/estimator for a general contractor. For the last 2 years I've worked for a real estate developer managing all of their construction. 

I want to use my construction knowledge and experience to start investing in fixer uppers around NYC and in New York State.
