Not likely to see any "earth shattering" changes anytime soon.

I did as much due diligence as I could -- double check their numbers, check schools, look at the property in Google Earth, etc.When it came time for an inspection, I got referrals from BP members on who to use.

I did have a few issues with subs during rehab but nothing that was earth shattering.

For reference, Bernie Sanders tax plan proposed raising capital gains tax rates to an effective 64.2%, which would be roughly 50% higher than any other country on earth and would absolutely destroy the American economy. 

I'm frustrated...Why on earth do these people still have the right to be in my property?
