Not sure I would write these explicitly in the lease but .......no hanging engines from trees, no fireworks, no grow rooms,  no taping things to the ceiling fans, No cigarette butts....

Hi,In our triplex the third floor tenant texted us yesterday complaining about the second floor tenant smoking cigarettes.

HOA have toabide the law and rules as well as homeowners, landlords and tenants.HOA have to address complaints made by other homeowners who aresuffering from your tenants repeated loud noise and repeated badbehavior of (odor – I assume is smoking cigarette and marijuana)that harm other residents.

Things like cigarette butt cans in their entries, break down vehicles, general untidiness, noise complaints, etc.  

The place has a really strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Although I recently spent a day cleaning up a year and a half worth of big dog poop mixed with cigarette butts in a backyard, at this point in my career my time is better spent coordinating workers and making the big money decisions.

Some tenants gave him Christmas gifts of a carton of cigarettes or a bottle of booze. 

With the recent outbreak of marijuana paranoia by uneducated people...I'm wondering how many, if any, allow smoking (cigarettes) inside your unit?

On the inside it is easy to tell kids would come in and hang out and get wild as there were dozens of liquor bottles and cigarette butts strewn throughout all the units.The carpet was horrendously stained with God knows what but luckily it didn't smell as bad as it could've thanks to no windows :) Holes in all the drywall and most faucet heads missing.

We had the carpets shampooed twice, cut the grass and found a year's worth of dog poop and cigarette butts, and scrubbed the garage so it didn't smell like smoke.
