A friend of mine has a church legally established as a 501c3 and I have been thinking about forming an LLC.

That means looking into the median income, school system, linkages(proximity to employment, shopping, churches, etc). 

If you can't handle stepping in to a grocery store or attending Sunday church service without a dog in your pack, you may need to be medicated and under constant supervision.I'm prior military and a combat veteran.

Continue on down the line with people you know from other organizations/groups that you meet up with (e.g. church, etc.).

I used to do accounting for a large church daycare and had some reporting needs.

OR, they could be baking cookies for the scout troop, or selling fish dinners for the church occasionally.

I wasn't able to complete my Sunday morning routine, and was late to church because of my time spent with them.

Tenant had friends, was going to church, caring for her aging mom, whom I saw one time at the house.

I enjoy my work and I also lead the music for my local church.
