I don’t trust any of the app valuation result because they get the estimate via a mathatic fumular instead of compare 1 mil radian, like kind properties, such as it environment ( next to what..cemetery, freeway, or busy noise street etc) , condition & feature (interior and exterior), function and local market data. 

I've been in the funeral/cemetery industry for 20 years and have owned my own monument company for 5 years (yes, tombstones).

Would the cemetery issue make it difficult to sell later on?

I parked behind the apartments on the other side of the road from the cemetery, just a few blocks north of the Casey's on Highway 12.Nice little town, especially if your flying saucer experiences technical difficulties, to blend into.

What are your guys thoughts about a deal by a cemetery???

Search on the term:"Section 2205(b)(2) Aiding and abetting cemetery or real estate sales activities by unlicensed individuals". 

The west finger north of the cemetery is bad, but east of the cemetery down to Beecher is ok.

You can have amazing finishes in the house but if the property is located next to a prison or a cemetery, you can best believe your tenants will not be planning on staying for too long.

.- Property location- As many have said, no houses on double yellow lined roads, next to gas stations, across from schools/cemeteries or other funky locations.
