Investors don't want to be bombarded with 30% below market offers, but they will look at offers that make sense, and sell properties before anyone else knows that they are even 'for sale'.If you want to get a list of REOs in your area, prior to seeing them go into the MLS, then ask the largest REO Listing Broker in the area for their pre-listed properties (those in evictions or cash-for-keys), and they will usually provide you with a list that you can pick through.

Clearly some of these posts have not lived through the gravity of such a situation.Should she have been better prepared -ideally, but we are not always given this chance.Lets see how you perform when you have been bombarded with Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy especially with very little family support.Lets also take into account, she has rented here for 20 years and she is EIGHTY years of age - Is this how you think society should move forward.I understand business is business BUT lets put this into perspective here, we are talking 3 BOUNCED RENTAL CHEQUES!

I have done a Direct Mail campaign for @ 4 months and have had some calls but nothing significant - some asked for me to check back with them in a few months - I kind of feel bad bombarding these people with letters if they are not ready to sell....probably need to get over that feeling ;) I need to get a DM campaign strategy going !!
