Because we're constantly bombarded by the media and news by people spouting off with the entitlement and victim mentality.

So everyone is doing it and every landlord gets bombarded every day multiple times from wholesalers bugging them about buying their house for 50% of its value.

So the contracts that are worth going after are being bombarded with 500-600 contracts weekly!!

I think it was best because I didn't immediately bombard them with a deal, and I was able to also follow up relatively quickly with a deal. 

I have done a Direct Mail campaign for @ 4 months and have had some calls but nothing significant - some asked for me to check back with them in a few months - I kind of feel bad bombarding these people with letters if they are not ready to sell....probably need to get over that feeling ;) I need to get a DM campaign strategy going !!
