Anyone with active listings in the area care to weight in on approximate summer rental income?

I can't imagine the weight you feel with both parents passed away and now you are left with things that constantly remind you of them. 

Same with contractors, most GCs you will meet aren't worth their weight in scrap metal. 

You can have a couple yoga mats and some light weights in the house if you feel it would add to the guest experience. 

BUT, I've yet to find a cohesive "formula" or "rule of thumb" for weighting these factors and determining profit share.

Seventy pounds is nothing to a professional investor, we lift the weight of the world everyday. 

So my advice isn't just Baytown against itself, or Houston, as much as it is in general weighted against all options.

But now, you have the information to go out and close deal after deal (as long as you have enough grind and perseverance to stick with it - just like going to the gym with goals of losing weight and gaining muscle). 

I opted to  provide my renters with a yoga mat, hand weights and the house pool is great addition to get some exercise! 

In a previous e-mail I told them they can park their bike in their vehicles parking space or purchase a light weight fold-up bike to carry into their unit.
