@Anthony MurphyI’m an affiliate for both of them and at this point I’d recommend PropStream over DealMachine.

And if someone tries it, without paying for classes or programs, they can either net a deal or loose X number of hours of their time trying it.

It actually is a solid program.

Hi Dustin, There are DSCR loan programs for investors that go up to 85% financing on a 1-4 unit property. 

I love the program, as it helps many people who can't afford housing.

I get it, I know many chasing there "golden ticket" via "wholesaling" will reply saying how mean and nasty I am, there book/Guru program told them ___.

I have programs that require only 10% down for the purchase, and will finance 100% of the rehab.
