Everything comes with a risk but I want to hear everyone's opinions for both states in the long run, thanks in advance It really depends on your style and goals and type of investing.I invest in multiple states and there can be some substantial differences.First decide if you want to do Flips, Long Term Rentals, Short Term Rentals, Shared Housing, Multi Family, Land, Tax Deeds, REITs, Syndication, Commercial and then decide. 

So far, the BnB is well-received in the neighborhood, and a priority is to keep it that way long-term.Thank you in advance! 

.- still did not receive the check from the NJ Victims of Crimes office.At this point, I want to file for eviction at the end of the month if she delays the event by 1 day to pay her entire rent ( January and February).My question to you professional is, should I inform her of that decision in advance?

and there are no major US holidays, so we have to get in 2-4 years in advance to secure our location.

It would split the single parcel into two parcels, one side would be legal conforming 4-unit & the other legal conforming SFR.Thanks in advance!
