All I do is flush it once a year with some vinegar solution and I am done.

Try wiping down furniture, washable walls, floors, etc. with white vinegar.

Hi everyone, we are in the process of looking for a new cleaner for one of our STR's and the cleaner said they prefer to use their own homemade cleaning supplies...vinegar and water, orange water etc..  

White vinegar in a bucket is fine - but it still has to be done.  

You are going to catch more flies with honey vs vinegar.

I would start with a white vinegar/water mix (50/50) to wipe them down.

We cleaned them up with water and vinegar.  

Before we paint our interior rooms, we use a mixture of Dawn dish washing liquid, white vinegar and water, particularly if there is grease, food or nicotine stains.

Too long, and yup you've got significant opportunity cost, so it's vinegar. 

I personally don't mind lower-end stuff, but I'm an early 30's guy and as my dad says, "still full of piss and vinegar" with a decent lawyer and not scared to either call the cops or zip tie some thumbs.
