You can also check their reviews online at Google, Facebook, or Yelp.

The property can be unappealing in some way shape or form, old, derogated, who knows maybe there was a murder there several years ago and people can look up that information online?

You may have to do this several times for all the different tasks being done.The only labor cost not covered by this type of online inquiry is drive time from the businessto the property, to the store & back for supplies and then back to the business address.

Have you had it evaluated by a Realtor, or are you relying on Zillow or other online algorithms to estimate your property's value?
