Not saying it isn't possible, but you'll usually be able to tell by the owner if this would be an issue.I once bought a house that smelled like a zoo.

It's very close to the Denver Zoo (don't miss the elephant feeding if you go) and that area is all very nice from what I've seen.

Treehouse lovers and petting zoo lovers just don’t overlap that much (although now that I think about it, my 5 year old niece would love that, haha).A big takeaway here is that you don't have to follow what everyone else is doing - standing out might drive insane returns if you're targeting the right underserved needs.

Area is north of the city close to Airport, zoo, city, but is very light on immediately close services like box restaurants, coffee shops etc.

The exact amount of the tax varies, but wages will always to low compared to the cost-of-living because that is the price paid to live where people want to vacation, where the weather is as good as anywhere in the US, where you can be in the beach, mountains, and dessert in the same day, where there are world class attractions like the zoo, safari park, Sea World, Legoland, etc., where it is so difficult to increase the supply.
