My response is always (keep in mind I am a 7 handicap) is that I would never break 100 if I thought about those things. 

It's actually two handicapped persons, both in wheelchairs, very sweet ladies.

You should definitely look into getting your driver's license because without you will be severely handicapped.

Just like many other topics such as would you evict a pregnant woman, would you kick out a handicapped squatter after you bought a foreclosure, would you rent to a sex offender who was 16 when he was charged statuary rape against his girl friend who was 15-1/2?

As for the house in question, handicap accessible may, or may not hurt the resale value.

Let me clarify...I'm not talking about age, race, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, or marital status.

and in hot markets if one does want to be in the game to not have direct access to MLS is really a handicap in my mind..

-------We just sold our long-term buy hold out of state unit last wk, now we are looking for replacement.The amount of DEBT we need to incur is our handicap. we made almost 100% appreciation and the market in my area is "cheaper".
