Kate, Welcome to BP. there is great money to be made with flipping anywhere really. however keep in mind that price range is probably one of the most crowed space in REI. not to say that you wont find decent deals its just you will have to work a little harder to get them. but dont let that discourage you, do you currently attend REI meetings anywhere?
