Also, we are 1/2 mile from 2 major grocery stores and all of the home delivery you could want, whereas I'm guessing that's not the case up at the lake.

Honestly speaking, I like people that speak frankly, so I was probably a sucker for Engelo's "if I swear a lot I will appear like a straight shooter" delivery.

Values up, deliveries up HUGE in 2023, low vacancy. 

I believe they are on phase 2 currently with delivery around 2025.

We order furniture from Costco and Sam's Club as they will use a shipping company that will schedule delivery for when we are on site.
