All you have to do is make them want to listen to and believe a total stranger who called them from out of the blue.

I'm curious about the City of Lougheed development and the Bosa / Blue Sky properties Marquee at Lougheed Heights developments but am not hopeful the numbers will work there either.  

Safe blue collar/working class areas.

I rent to older mature people, preferably blue collar.

Bathroom (8x5) I painted blue, it looked good but did make the room look smaller and darker.

I have it under contract in a blue collar middle class neighborhood and am purchasing these 3 apartment complexes under contract for $33,825.00 a door and the comps are clearly at $40,000-$42,000 a door. 

I usually prefer to reposition properties so my areas of interest are either transitioning or blue-collar. 

Had no idea they were thinking of selling and they called me out of the blue one day to offer it to me.
