I am an emergency medicine resident in Ohio. my financial situation is as follows:Debts:My student loans: 70,000 @5.6%, 200,000My wife's student loans: 110000@ 7%Mortgage 120,000 @ 3.5%IncomeMy income: 55,000Wife's income: 60,000I also have about 7000 in savings and 15,000 in stocks/ETFs*I have 2 more years of residency and should then have a salary around 350 to 400,000.

No dependents.No student loans.Ive lived in a townhouse before but never an apartment and I can't commit to spending that much money on rent considering all the privacy and storage inconveniences.

If I was in your position, I'd look to rent the Oakley house..... shouldn't be difficult to get young professionals, or grad students from Xavier.

I always tell our students and Associates around the Country that that piece (forms, agreements) is super important.
