@Sendhil Krishnan I have two sisters who are nurses, and they will be my operators.

Now I buy from the two sister stores that have actually stock regardless of $100 difference.

Working in law enforcement and veterinary medicine, parents own 3 animal hospitals, my sister is a K9 officer, I would agree that situations depends on the owners which makes this a risky business policy. 

My sister is selling her house in Puerto Rico.

Bought it sight unseen, and after closing we found out that the prior owner's sister & brother in law are currently squatting in the property with no immediate intention to move (free place to live right!)

It belongs to my sister and I and my sister wants to sell her 50% interest.

Several years later her sisters husband worked for me & told me that she had subsequently won $1million for an auto accident & then literally blew through it in a couple of years.

Hello @Eva NeikirkI am sorry to hear about your sister I hope her condition improves. 

My sister rented a 4 bedroom condo for her own use in Dewey this past winter, ocean block, for the full off season for $1000/month.  

My mother in law died last June and left her coop ARV of over $310K to my wife and her sister.
