Is it a violation of forum rules to discuss the possibility of partnering up with like-minded property owners to form a privately owned property management company?

You may want to bring in a private lender and/or partner in on the deal. 

I wouldn't partner with anyone privately on a rental property.

This kind of doesn't make much sense since something under construction is not going to have cash flow - I'd check out hard money or "ground up construction" private lenders

My next deal after that was 56 units privately owned by my wife and I, and now we closed a 100 unit.

I have private lenders but nobody for this right now.That is my problem.

@Travis AndresIf you do not have other assets to secure against - your best bet would be a private lender willing to take risk of essentially providing an unsecured loan.There are people out there that do this - expect very high interest rates.

We will need to mortgage the condo or sell it in order to outfit our home (and my brother-in-laws home) for my in-laws to live privately and comfortably.

I am open to private individuals, just have not found the one who can cover this level of scale.
