In terms of real estate, I would like to believe that my investing philosophy (in terms of approaching deals) is very calculated and always looking to take as much risk/luck out of the equation.

My personal philosophy is you don't want to begin your REI career with so much personal debt and a modest income. 

Different strategies, philosophies, and of course, budgets (who can afford a TV ad?)

My philosophy has always been to make sure that I am in control of the deal, which means finding out about or placing the loan for the buyer.
