You can file with the bankruptcy court what their outstanding debt is but in all reality, you won't see a penny.Now come May 1, 2022 if they don't pay rent.

I think they do an outstanding job as well. 

Also, when you've identified the properties you want, use the citizen access portal (no account needed to use the Search function) to check the 'Enforcement' tab for outstanding issues the city/county has with the property, AND to see what issues have come up in the past.  

Appearantly the state is too lazy or incompetent to apply their own outstandIng taxes on occasion
