I legitimately intend to move into this place, right now I'm living on my mom's couch.

@Karen Couch If you want to live off your rental income eventually I would sell your primary residence and then buy something smaller or something that could be a future rental, live in that, and also buy an additional rental if possible.

They also stated they did not want any photos taken that would show their possessions (couch, beds, etc).
