I know some people cut their weekday prices super low just to increase their occupancy rates during the other 10 months but you’re not really making much of a profit that way, you’re just increasing your headaches and increasing the wear and tear on your house.Tough to cover your exorbitantly high property taxes & power bills & septic tank repairs (every time a kid flushes their shoe down your toilet) with super low occupancy & low nightly rates for 10 months of the year.

Wait for it to cure, then sand it down with heavier grit sandpaper until you are close to flush with the surface, then switch to wet/dry sandpaper in progressive grits to about 2000 grit.

With #4 above, sounds like an upgrade was necessary, has nothing to do with Tenant, everything to do with a proper inspection prior to purchase.6) B unit flushed their childs diapers down the toilet and clogged the unit up and we ended up having to spend 6k on having a plumber come in exuviate adn reinstall a new sewer cleanout.
