Shower Head Recommendation for Rentals

Hi Everyone!

We are renovating two bathrooms in our first duplex. Our plumber told us to get Delta or Moen shower heads as they are higher quality and are easier to fix and that a "good" one should cost no less than $100. Obviously I want a product that is going to last a while and save us from repair calls from the tenant. I'm a big researcher and I've read every review on Amazon, Home Depot and Lowes for an array of shower heads and there doesn't seem to be a solid winner in terms of durability. Most reviews are left by home owners who rave about how they look and not about how they held up over the years.

So my question is:

What shower head model have you had the best experience with?

Or

What should I be looking for that will help guide my decision? Internal parts are metal and not plastic, etc.

Thanks everyone!

If the tenant pays for water find a moderately priced basic metal show heard. The quality does not matter that much as any one will last the life of the property. Shower heads are not a item that wares out.

Do not install anything fancy or anything with adjustable settings, the simpler the  better.
