@Katharine Chartrand - You can try an oxidizer or ozone machine.  

We used to have several lambs in the back yard (fruit trees galore) to fatten them up during drought conditions at the farm we had. 

My goals are to start wholesaling and build a crazy wholesaling machine and use the profits to buy real estate and build a huge portfolio.

Sell the well oiled machine to a broker later down the line.

It's a moderately moving machine that until the 2008, rarely had a slowdown.  

Here are the fruits of my labor - currently wrapping up my first flip (new retaining wall + Texas monsoon season + large hill = a mess...will share in a separate thread). 

Were you able to find any "low hanging fruit" deals that fit your criteria for your business?

An email inquiry to the local city or county would probably be fruitful   I don't know about other counties,  but king county has several books/pamphlets that focus on fair housing best practices.   

You have to remember, they're animals, not machines.

When you're getting started with a site it is a great credibility tool, but over time it can turn into an important part of your overall lead generation machine.
