They have failed to renew my entities with the Secretaries of State multiple times, have billed me wrong amounts, and GREATEST OF ALL, have cost my business ~$50K in cumulative TAX PENALTIES due to negligence in filing for a tax extension, failing to walk me through my tax filings and needed payments, and failing to file an abatement promptly.

The tenant is responsible but in most cases the tenant has bad credit and already has collections/judgments that they’re not paying and they often don’t work or work long enough to garnish wages, thus they’re judgment proof.

Keep in mind, if doing an LLC, everything must be done through that LLC - mortgage, bank accounts, rent collection, insurance policies, etc for there to be a wall between you and whomever would target a lawsuit against you or that property/LLC.~ Lindsey
