Looking to connect with Investors in Atlanta, Georgia

Hi BP!
We are finally getting started on our real estate journey and have narrowed our search down to the Atlanta, GA region. As we start to do a deep dive of the market, we would like to connect with fellow investors to get the lay of the land, insights on where to start poking around, areas to avoid, what strategies are working for them, etc. We are looking to do buy and hold LTR with either SFH or Small MFH. I'd love to hear the deals investors are working on in the area.
