subscribe to Property Radar hands down best app to find these things.although in that area trying to buy one property is probably a complete waste of timethe guys and gals that do it for a living will eat your lunch... if you are successful and buy one it will be near full retail if not more.. go to the sales and watch them for a month or two and you will see how it works.
