Some like my state / counties don;'t have the easy to down load lists.  

I went online to their website and downloaded that list to see what I could use that would be valuable.

Thats actually pretty cool and I'm downloading it now.

download the realtors photo's and videos if they are available.Advertise now, ask realtor if you can show the building to prospective tenants,, I personally wouldn't think it would be a issue.Take applications pending closing date and get some people lined up.
