It appears to be filled with drug addicts continuing to do drugs and sketchy people coming and going at all hours.  

I seriously loved my 2nd wife, but after dealing with her drug and alcohol addiction for 18 years I had no choice other that to stop being her co-dependent and I knew the only choice was to cut her loose.So, I paid my divorce attorney about $9,000 total and she borrowed %60,000 from a step-sister to pay her attorney.

However, I know that I am not there yet and my partner who has been instrumental in my success is asking me to chill- I notice that RE can be addictive - I am looking at markets outside MI or Chicago, and man there is some gooooood stuff to buy- RE Expert Investors how do you maintain discipline when you know you can jump into good deals by just doing some work!..

So rather than spending some money I would rather build and repair, build and repair other people home, there's excitement when I do flip, sometimes it's uncontrollable and addicting. 

I decided to get my license and do sales after a few years and just became addicted to buying houses and helping others do the same. 

It cashflows nicely but I may have been too excited and overlooked the fact that it's in a terrible neighborhood - taken over by drug addicts / vagrants. 

They love watching shows about real estate on TV, particularly Rehab Addict and Flip or Flop.  

Unfortunately he is a heroin addict and just wanted cash super fast.
